You’ve done the program. Tried the plan. Maybe even taken the medication. You’ve lost weight before — and still found yourself back at the beginning.
At Lifestyle Care, weight loss is not treated like a willpower problem or a prescription-only visit. You work directly with Dr. Deniece to understand what is actually getting in the way and build a plan that can adjust as your body and life change.
20 minutes. No pressure. Just clarity on your best next step.
Every Lifestyle Care path begins with Phase I: Align — a 3-month foundation designed to help you understand what has been getting in your way, build a plan that fits your real life, and adjust before frustration turns into another restart. This is not a one-time visit or a quick prescription. It is structured physician-led weight loss care built around medical insight, practical strategy, and clear next steps.
Your first visit reviews your weight history, health history, medications, labs when appropriate, prior attempts, appetite, schedule, and goals — so your plan is built around what has actually made weight loss harder for you.
Together, we create your plan for nutrition, movement, hydration, sleep, stress, medication options when clinically appropriate, and the habits that need the most support first.
You meet regularly with Dr. Deniece to review progress, troubleshoot real-life barriers, manage medication concerns when needed, and leave each visit knowing exactly what to focus on next.
For Atlanta patients, InBody testing helps monitor body fat, muscle mass, and progress beyond the scale. For telehealth patients in Georgia and Florida, we use local labs, home tracking, and clinical check-ins to guide decisions.
This is not about a radical, unsustainable overhaul. It is about small, intentional changes that fit your daily rhythm, support your health, and help you build a plan you understand well enough to continue.
You do not need to know which plan fits before you book. The goal is not to give you more rules. It is to help you understand what needs attention first, what needs adjustment over time, and what kind of plan you can return to when life gets complicated.
You do not have to know exactly which program is right before booking. The discovery call helps clarify the best fit based on your goals, location, schedule, medication needs, and the level of support you want.
Best for patients who want high-touch, one-on-one physician support with in-person body composition tracking.

Best for patients outside Atlanta who want the same physician-led structure completely virtually.
Includes weekly video visits with Dr. Deniece, local lab coordination, medication delivery when prescribed, and clinical guidance designed to help you get the full experience anywhere.
Virtual patients use local labs, home tracking, and optional body composition scans for tracking.
Best for patients who want physician-led structure, education, and accountability, at a lower monthly investment and the added advantage of community.

Not sure which path fits? That is exactly what the discovery call is for.

For patients who want physician-led structure, education, accountability, and community at a lower monthly investment.
Includes weekly group sessions with Dr. Deniece, practical habit strategy, medical guidance within the group structure, and support from others working toward similar goals.
When medication is appropriate, Dr. Deniece may discuss options such as GLP-1 medications, oral medications, non-GLP-1 medications, or non-medication strategies based on your history, goals, labs, side-effect risk, and budget.
Examples may include tirzepatide, semaglutide, oral semaglutide, metformin, Contrave, Qsymia, phentermine, and other options when clinically appropriate.
Medication is used as a tool — not a crutch, and not the whole plan.
After your first 3 months, you do not have to start over or figure it out alone. At your transition visit, we review your progress, medication needs, habits, barriers, and goals — then decide what level of support makes sense next.
Your 3-Month Foundation
This is where we slow down, look at the full picture, and build your personalized plan.
We review your weight history, medical history, prior attempts, medications, habits, goals, and what has made weight loss harder than expected — then meet weekly to adjust the plan as your body and life change.
Keep Going When Life Gets in the Way
After the foundation, you can continue with the type of visits and support that fit your life.
This phase helps you keep building consistency, troubleshoot barriers, adjust medications if needed, and stay supported as your schedule, goals, appetite, stress, and routines change.
Long-Term Confidence & Care
When you are ready for maintenance, we help you protect your progress without making you feel like you are starting over again.
You can continue with flexible physician access, medication support if needed, primary care, and guidance when life changes.
Your transition visit determines the right level of support. Most patients continue at a significantly lower monthly investment.
The free consultation is designed to help you understand your options, but these answers can help you decide whether Lifestyle Care may be a good fit.
No. The discovery call is designed to help you understand which starting point fits your goals, location, schedule, medication needs, and preferred level of support. You do not have to choose between private care, telehealth, or the Alignment Lab before you book.
No. GLP-1 medications, including tirzepatide or semaglutide, may be part of your plan when clinically appropriate, but Lifestyle Care is not prescription-only weight loss. Your care includes physician-led strategy, weekly accountability, medication guidance, habit support, and a plan for what happens next.
No. Some patients use GLP-1 medications, some use oral medication options, and some begin without medication. Dr. Deniece reviews your medical history, prior attempts, appetite, labs, goals, and preferences before recommending a strategy.
That is common. We review what happened — including dose, side effects, appetite changes, nutrition, consistency, medication access, and whether you had a long-term plan. Many patients were given medication without enough support, troubleshooting, or strategy.
Yes. Private care is available in Atlanta, and private telehealth is available for patients in Georgia and Florida through Lifestyle Care Anywhere™. Atlanta patients may receive in-office body composition tracking. Virtual patients use local labs, home tracking, and optional outside body composition testing when available. Labs are billed separately on all plans. Medication is included only where noted, such as Clinical Alignment when clinically appropriate. Atlanta patients receive in-office body composition tracking. Virtual patients may use local labs, home tracking, and optional outside body composition testing when available.
After Phase I: Align, we review your progress, medication needs, habits, barriers, and goals. Some patients continue into Phase II for more accountability and medication adjustments. Others move into a lower-touch maintenance rhythm for long-term guidance and help preventing regain. You do not have to figure out the next step alone.
Lifestyle Care is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA are accepted, and financing through Cherry is also available. Labs may be billed separately depending on where they are completed.
